Pilotworks Brooklyn is in the old Pfizer building, located at 630 Flushing Avenue, a short walk from the G train at Flushing or the J/M trains at Flushing Avenue.
You can enter Pfizer through the parking lot on the backside of the building at the intersection of Flushing and Tompkins Ave. After entering the building and walking past security, follow the hallway to the elevators and take the elevators to the second floor. When exiting the elevators, take a left to enter Pilotworks Brooklyn.
